Surrounded by 19th and early 20th century buildings, the Marvin site was integrated into the neighborhood with low profile buildings on neighborhood streets. MGA has just completed a substantial renovation which included both interior and exterior enhancements including roofing, windows, floors and in-unit cabinetry.
