Bradford Court Apartments is a ninety eight unit elderly preference site, located in the rural village of Pascoag, RI. Bradford was awarded a grant from Rhode Island Housing and the US Department of Energy to install Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) for a new mechanical system, roof insulation, and water saving devices. These measures will provide the residents with a more energy efficient place to live.

Applicants must meet the Low Income Housing Tax Credit guidelines and residents pay 30% of their adjusted gross income for rent.

Bradford Court Apartments is a smoke free building.

Rent includes electricity, heat and hot water.
